| (a) We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions. |

| (a) Enrolment on Seminars and Order confirmation |
| (i) Completing an application form to enroll upon a seminar with Metron Technology Ltd is deemed to be a contract. Metron Technology Ltd may accept or decline your offer. We will inform you if your offer to purchase has been declined. |
| (ii) Following the completion of your order process, we will send to you an acknowledgement e-mail reserving a place, if a place is available. |

| (b) Seminar Cancellation |
| (i) If due to unforeseen circumstances any delegate needs to cancel an enrolment, up to 7 days before the seminar commences, no charge will be made by Metron Technology Ltd to the delegate. |
| (ii) Cancellation within the 7 days prior to the commencement of the course may result in you being charged £50 by Metron Technology Ltd. |
| (iii) Failure to attend the seminar, after completion of the application form, and without 7 days notice prior to the commencement of the seminar may result in you being charged £50 by Metron Technology Ltd. |
| (iv) If for any reason or due to unforeseen circumstances the seminar you enroll upon has to be cancelled, Metron Technology Ltd will refund your payment in full. Metron Technology Ltd and/or its directors will not be liable for any other expenses. |

| (c) Conduct of Seminars |
| (i) Metron Technology Ltd reserves the right to substitute the advertised trainers and include additional trainers and special guest trainers at any time. |
| (ii) Metron Technology Ltd reserves its right from time to time to vary in its absolute discretion the seminar content and the material covered to that advertised, whilst ensuring that such content and materials will correspond with the overall requirements as advertised. |
| (iii) Metron Technology Ltd reserves the right to deny, at their absolute discretion, without any prior notification and any reason being given, access to any individual or group of individuals, for the welfare of participants and organizers, and for the purpose of ensuring that the seminar runs smoothly, safely and in a manner which reflects the nature of the training, for all or part of the seminar and/or registration. |
