Advisor allows users to define their own reports and have the same analyses conducted as for Metron-provided reports. This means any data stored in the PDB or in Custom Databases can be subjected to automated analysis.

For performance reports this includes:

• Average values compared with threshold (warning and alarm) values
• Proportion of time when the values are higher than recommended thresholds
• Variability of values over the period of analysis
• Identification of the top 'n' instances of metrics

For trend reports this includes:

• Identification of any dates when thresholds are expected to be breached
• Full control over the period of data to be analyzed
• Full control over the duration of the trend period
